The NEST application form 2027 is expected to be released in the first week of January 2027 on the official NEST website, nestexam.in. Candidates who complete the application process and meet the prescribed eligibility criteria will be able to appear for the National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2027. The exam is tentatively scheduled to be held in the first week of June 2027 in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
Through NEST 2027, candidates can secure admission to the 5-year Integrated MSc programmes in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics offered by NISER Bhubaneswar and UM–DAE CEBS, Mumbai.
Candidates interested in appearing for the exam must be familiar with the NEST 2027 eligibility criteria. To be eligible, applicants must have completed Class 12 in the Science stream in 2025 or 2026, securing a minimum of 60% marks for candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories and 55% marks for candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories. The NEST 2026 participating institutes will make the NEST 2027 application form available online at nestexam.in.
Visit nestexam.in.
Click on the “Registration” option.
Enter your email address and mobile number.
Generate a password and save details.
Log in again and enter your personal and educational details and address for communication.
Upload your passport-size photo and a scanned copy of your signature.
Pay the application fee online using Net Banking, UPI or credit/debit card.
Submit the application and download its copy as a PDF.
