NEST 2026 Result Announced; Download Scorecard PDF, SMAS & MAP Score Details

NEST 2026 Result OUT: NISER and UM DAE-CEBS, the exam conducting officials have announced the NEST 2026 result today, June 24, 2026, for admissions to the five-year integrated BSc-MSc programme. Test takers who had taken the exam on June 6, 2026, will be able to download their NEST 2026 scorecard by logging in to their registered account with the help of their username and password.

Along with the scorecards, the exam officials will also release the NEST 2026 cut-off marks, MAP and SMAS score that determines candidates' eligibility for admission and merit list preparation. Candidates will be able to download their NEST 2026 scorecard PDF from June 30, 2026, only for the qualified students.

The NEST cut off 2026 varies across categories and is calculated based on factors such as exam difficulty level, number of candidates appearing, and seat availability. Qualified candidates will now proceed to the admission and NEST 2026 counselling stages, where seat allotment will be carried out based on merit ranks and institutional admission policies.

How to Download the NEST 2026 Result?

To download the NEST 2026, candidates can use the following steps:

1. Go to the official NEST exam website – nestexam.in.

2. Click on the “Login” option and enter Application No./Login ID and password.

3. Enter the given Captcha Code.

4. Click on the “Login” option below.

5. Your scorecard will appear on the screen.

6. Download and save it as a PDF.

NEST 2026 SMAS (Section-wise Minimum Admissible Score)

As per the NEST 2026 result and scorecard criteria, candidates must satisfy the SMAS requirement in addition to other eligibility conditions for admission.

Important Note: One question each from Chemistry and Physics was dropped in NEST 2026, and the individual subject scores were scaled accordingly.

NEST 2026 MAP (Minimum Admissible Percentile)

Note: MAP stands for Minimum Admissible Percentile. Candidates must secure at least the prescribed percentile in the NEST 2026 merit determination process to be considered for admission.
