Refund Policy
At SciAstra, we strive to provide high-quality educational resources, courses, and services to empower our learners. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds.
Digital Products (Courses, Recorded Lectures, PDFs, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of digital products are non-refundable once the course or material has been accessed/downloaded. Exceptions may apply in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment.
- Technical error on our platform causing access failure within the first 48 hours of purchase.
Live Classes / Programs
Refunds for live classes or programs are only available if requested within 3 days of the first session, provided:
- The user has not attended more than one session.
- There is a valid reason for the refund (e.g., scheduling conflict, incorrect batch enrollment).
Books and Physical Products
For printed books or physical materials:
- Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, supported with a photo and order ID.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Cancellation Policy
- If a student cancels their enrollment before the course starts, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative fees.
- SciAstra reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course. In such cases, a full refund or transfer to another batch will be offered.
SciAstra Research Offline Centre Refund Policy
Important Points to Remember:
- Week 1 shall be calculated from the batch commencement date or the student's actual joining date, whichever is applicable.
- The batch commencement date refers to the official date on which classroom teaching begins for the respective batch.
- A student who discontinues the course shall be entitled to retain the digital course access and any physical books or study materials already provided by SciAstra.
Mode of Refund:
- All eligible refunds will be processed only through online bank transfer.
- The refund amount will be credited to the bank account of the student, parent, or legal guardian, as provided during the withdrawal process.
- Refunds will be initiated within a reasonable period after SciAstra receives and verifies the withdrawal request and supporting documents, if applicable.
Important Note:
- SciAstra shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or incorrect credit of the refund amount resulting from inaccurate or incomplete bank account details provided by the student, parent, or guardian.
- By applying for withdrawal, the student and/or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms of SciAstra's Refund Policy and confirms that no claims or disputes shall be raised beyond the provisions of this policy.

Right to Deny Refund
SciAstra reserves the right to deny refund requests that:
- Violate the policy terms stated above.
- Are made with false claims or misuse of the platform.
- Fall outside the allowed timeframe.
