AP EAPCET 2027 Counselling

AP EAPCET counselling is conducted as a Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Through this process, qualified candidates are allotted seats in participating colleges based on their AP EAPCET rank, category, preferences, and seat availability. The counselling process is administered by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). For session 2027, the counselling is likely to begin in July 2027. To participate in the AP EAPCET 2027 counselling process, candidates will have to fill out the counselling registration form by visiting the official CAP website, cap.apcfss.in.

The counselling process generally includes the following stages:

  • Counselling registration and fee payment: Eligible candidates register online and pay the prescribed processing fee.

  • Certificate verification: Candidates' certificates and eligibility documents are verified online or at designated Help Line Centres, depending on their circumstances.

  • Web options entry: Candidates select their preferred colleges and courses and arrange them in their desired order of preference.

  • Seat allotment: Seats are allotted based on factors such as the candidate's rank, category, preferences and availability of seats.

  • Self-reporting and college reporting: Candidates who are allotted seats must complete the required self-reporting process and report to the allotted college within the specified deadline.

  • Further counselling rounds: Candidates who do not participate in or secure a seat in an earlier phase may be able to participate in subsequent counselling phases, subject to the eligibility conditions announced for that phase.
