IIT JAM 2026 Admit Card (Jan 5): Hall Ticket Download Link, Shift Timings, Permissible Items

The IIT JAM 2026 Admit Card will be released from January 5, 2026, onwards on the official website. Candidates whose application forms have been successfully accepted by the exam authorities will be required to visit the JOAPS portal and log in to their registered accounts to download the IIT JAM 2026 Admit Card PDF.

   In order to download the admit card, candidates need to enter their Enrollment ID / Email ID and Password. After that, fill in the captcha code (if prompted) and click on Submit/Login.

4. Access the Admit Card

5. Verify All Details

Permissible Items at IIT JAM 2026 Exam Centres

While going to the IIT JAM 2026 exam centres, candidates can carry the following items:

1. JAM 2026 Admit Card

2. ID Proof (preferably the same ID used while filling out the application form)

3. A copy of a passport-size photograph

4. Transparent water bottle

5. Sanitizer

Non-permissible Items at IIT JAM 2025 Exam Centre

Candidates are advised not to carry the following items at the exam centre:

1. Electronic devices such as calculators, cameras, electronic pens, scanners, etc are not allowed.

2.  Accessories like bags, belts, caps, goggles, wallets, etc, are also not allowed.

3. Stationery items are not allowed at the exam centre, like test-based material (written/printed), papers, notes, Pencil box, pouches, geometry box, pen, scale/ruler, eraser, etc.

4.  Devices used for communication, like mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth, fitness bands, earphones, pagers, etc., are prohibited.

5.  Any edible food items/drinks are also not allowed at the exam centres.
