The registration for the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2026 is closing in 6 days, on April 13, 2026. Candidates aiming for admissions to courses offered through IAT 2026 must fill out the IAT 2026 registration form at iiseradmission.in before the deadline.
The IAT registration fee 2026 for candidates applying under the General, EWS, OBC, and OBC-NCL categories is INR 2000. The registration fee for candidates applying under persons with disabilities (PwD), persons registered as Kashmiri Migrants/Kashmiri Pandits/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrant) and the SC/ST category is INR 1000.

IAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria
The IAT 2026 exam will be conducted on June 7, 2026 from 9 AM to 12 PM. Candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for it:
Candidates must have passed Class XII (or equivalent) in 2024 or 2025 or 2026 from an institute recognised by the Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE) in India.
Candidates must be from the science stream and have at least three subjects among Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics in Class XII.
Indian nationals, PIO/OCI holders, and foreign nationals are allowed to apply for IISER 2026.
Foreign applicants must upload an equivalence certificate issued by AIU unless their board is COBSE recognised.
