SciAstra Foundation is going to organise a focused session on “Career Options Beyond NEET” on August 8, 2026, in New Delhi. The session aims to help students and parents explore science and research career opportunities beyond the conventional NEET-to-MBBS pathway.

The session will be held from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the JSS Spiritual and Cultural Centre, Sector 6, Pushp Vihar, Saket, New Delhi, and will be conducted in Hindi and English. The event is free to attend.

Career Options Beyond NEET - Delhi Session: Overview

The session, “Career Options Beyond NEET", is an initiative by SciAstra Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to creating awareness about science careers among students.

India has many talented students who can contribute to the country’s development by applying their scientific knowledge across different fields.

However, many of them are unaware of career opportunities beyond medicine. This lack of awareness can limit their career choices and, in the long run, their contribution to the country’s scientific development.

SciAstra Foundation understands this gap and works to help students explore and build careers in science. To support this goal, the organisation regularly conducts sessions, events, workshops, and seminars that introduce students to different academic and career opportunities.

One such initiative, “Career Options Beyond NEET – Delhi Session", will be held at SciAstra’s Delhi Offline Centre at the JSS Spiritual and Cultural Centre, Sector 6, Pushp Vihar, Saket, New Delhi.

Exploring Career Opportunities Beyond NEET

For students interested in Biology and Science, NEET is often seen as the primary route to a healthcare career. However, several academic and professional pathways exist beyond medicine. Through this session, SciAstra Foundation aims to help students understand these alternatives and make informed decisions based on their interests, strengths, and aspirations.
