JEE Main Admit Card 2026: Important Instructions

The JEE Main 2026 Admit Card includes important instructions that candidates must follow. These instructions are mentioned below:

Reporting & Entry Rules

  • Report to the JEE 2026 examination centre at least 2 hours before the commencement of the exam.

  • Take your seat immediately after the examination hall opens.

  • Candidates arriving after gate closing time will not be allowed to appear, regardless of the reason (traffic, transport delay, etc.).

  • No requests or representations will be entertained for late reporting.

  • The National Testing Agency (NTA) will not be responsible for any delay in reaching the centre.

  • No re-test opportunity will be provided under any circumstances if a candidate misses their scheduled shift.

Admit Card & Identity Verification

  • Carry a printed copy of the Admit Card downloaded from the NTA website.

  • Show the admit card on demand for verification.

  • Test centre staff may verify identity credentials.
