The MHT CET exam is conducted in two sessions: in December 2026 and January 2027. The State CET Cell will tentatively release the MHT CET 2027 exam pattern along with the exam notification in the second week of September 2026 on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. As per the official pattern, the MHT CET question paper will have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) sections for candidates appearing for the exam for admission to undergraduate engineering courses. The question paper will include Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) sections for the exam conducted for admission to undergraduate pharmacy and agriculture courses.

Both the PCM and PCB papers will be held in Computer-based Test (CBT) mode. The duration of each paper will be 180 minutes.

MHT CET Paper: Subject-wise Question Distribution
