In order to ace that, the exam official has provided the IISER 2026 Application Form Correction Window, which started on April 16, 2026, from 11 am onwards.
The IISER Entrance Exam 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on June 7, 2026, in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in online (CBT) mode to assess candidates’ domain knowledge. The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

What is IISER Application Form Correction?
The IISER application form correction facility is an online process that allows candidates to modify certain details in their already submitted application forms. This facility is provided by the IISER admission authority to ensure that candidates can fix genuine errors without having to reapply.
However, not all fields can be edited. The authority restricts changes in certain critical fields to maintain the integrity of the application process.
What are the IISER 2026 Application Correction Window Dates?
Candidates who have successfully submitted their application form and paid the registration fee but made errors while filling in the details need not worry. The exam authorities will provide an opportunity to correct the mistakes.
The IAT 2026 application correction window will open on March 16, 2026 and the portal will remain active for one to two days only. The last date to make corrections in the application correction window will be March 18, 2026 upto 11:55 pm. Candidates must carefully review their application form during this period and make the necessary corrections.
IISER Exam 2026 Application Correction Window: How to Modify Details
Candidates who have filled out the application form and successfully submitted the IAT 2026 registration will only be allowed to make corrections in the registration form during the application correction window. To correct the details in the application form, applicants need to follow the steps mentioned below:
First, applicants are required to visit the official website: https://www.iiseradmission.in/
Next, candidates need to log in to their registered account using their username and password, or click the “Application Correction Window” link directly on the official website. The link will redirect to the registered account.
After logging in, candidates will be able to view the specific details that can be corrected, including editable and non-editable fields in the IISER 2026 application form.
After making the corrections, candidates need to save the changes and submit the form. It is highly advisable for candidates to print the form for future use.
IAT 2026 Application Form Correction: Editable and Non-Editable Fields
IISER 2026 application form correction facility will allow the candidates to rectify errors that were made during the registration process. During this correction window facility, applicants will not be allowed to modify all the details, and some of the details will be be defaul locked by the exam officials.

IAT 2026 Application Correction Window: Things to Remember
While making the corrections in the IISER 2026 application, candidates are required to remember the following things:
Candidates will have the opportunity to modify their selected Subject, Test, Programme, or Course during the entire duration of the application correction window. This flexibility allows applicants to reassess their choices and make necessary changes based on their preferences, eligibility, or updated academic plans.
However, candidates must note that any modification in these fields may lead to a change in the application fee. In such cases, an additional fee will be charged as per the revised selection of subjects or test papers. The updated application will only be considered valid once the candidate successfully pays the applicable additional fee.
It is important to understand that if a candidate reduces the number of test papers or opts for fewer subjects, no refund will be provided for the previously paid amount. Therefore, applicants are advised to make their selections carefully to avoid any financial loss.
Furthermore, the correction facility is strictly limited to a one-time opportunity. Once the candidate makes the required changes and submits the corrected application form, it will be considered final and automatically frozen. No further modifications will be allowed after submission under any circumstances. Hence, candidates should thoroughly review all details before final submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
